摘要
近期,我国高校大学生的创业创新教育受到各方密切关注。创业教育已不再局限于创建新企业的技能培养。本文是从创业导向视角出发,在全部大学生未来开拓新事业过程中,探索如何提升职业素质和能力的创新创业教育理念与行动。针对目前大学生就业素质与能力存在的问题,为有效提高高校大学生的职业素质和能力,提出相关建议和对策。
Recenfly,Entrepreneurship and innovation education of college students in our country,has been paying close attention. The entrepreneurial education is no longer confined to create new business skills. In this paper,from the perspective of entrepreneurial orientation,in the process of exploring new business in the future of college students,how to promote professional quality and abilities and build innovation and entrepreneurship education ideas and actions were explored. Aiming at the problems existed in college students＇ practical professional abilities,relevant suggestions and countermeasures for improvin~ the professional quality and abilities of college students were put forward
