摘要 人才价值评价一直是人力资源管理理论界和实践界关注的命题。尤其是对于高新技术企业,知识型人才成为公司的主力,如何科学、合理、有效地评价该部分人才的价值贡献变得极为重要。本文所探讨的矩阵式人才价值评价体系(M-EVE),是基于多种价值创造要素和价值评价纬度耦合的人才价值评价工具,有效地整合了人才识别、人才价值评价以及人才发展等几个部分,以期助益于人力资源管理的系统性升级。本文还以Z公司的人力资源管理实践为例,探讨了M-EVE体系在实际中的运用及其有效性。 Talent value evaluation has been paid close attention in the human resources management theoretical and practical circles. Especially for high-tech enterprises, knowledge workers become the main forces; how to scientific, reasonable and effective evaluate the value of the part of the talent contribution becomes extremely important. Discussed in this paper, matrix employee value evaluation system (M - EVE), is based on a variety of factors of value creation and value evaluation of latitude coupling, and effectively integrates the talent identification, talent value evaluation and talent development and so on, in order to help systemic upgrade human resources management. This article also takes Z Company human resource management practice as an example, and discusses the actual use of M -EVE system and its effectiveness.
