摘要
"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的提出,进一步推进了改革开放的步伐,是实现世界各国人民共同发展的伟大构想,是广西发展开放型经济的福音。文章在"一带一路"战略背景下对后危机时期广西发展开放型经济所面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行系统分析,并在此基础上,提出强化资金保障、构建信息服务体系、建立风险防范机制、完善基础设施、优化投资软环境、发展风险投资、重视边境贸易、加强开放型人才队伍的建设等对策建议。
When the ideas that ＂the Silk Road Economics Belt＂ and ＂the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road＂ are pointed out, it promotes the pace of the reform and opening-up. Moreover it fulfills the greatest idea of the common developing around the world and the one gospel for Guangxi developed open economy. This essay demonstrates under the background of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ policy release, using SWOT method analysis the post-crisis development period of Guangxi in advantages, weakness, opportunities and challenges aspects. On this basis, this essay further points out the relevant suggestions. For example, guarantee sufficient financial backup, construct information services system, establish the risk prevention mechanism, improve infrastructure, optimize investment of soft environment, develop venture capital, pay attention on the trade on border, and strengthen the construction of open talents team.
