摘要
广西在全国新一轮扩大开放中,面临着多重新的发展机遇,面对着多重新的发展战略,肩负着多重新的重要使命。文章以SWOT分析法,对广西在全国新一轮开放中的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战等进行深入分析,提出广西推动"一带一路"建设的总体思路、战略路径、战略选择、战略组合和战略总杠杆(总抓手)等,文章指出,广西应不失时机地实施以开放为主导的跨越式发展战略,走开放主导后发跨越发展新路子,加快把广西建设成为中国西南中南地区开放发展新的战略支点、21世纪海上丝绸之路新门户新枢纽、中国—东盟合作高地,形成海上丝绸之路与丝绸之路经济带有机衔接的重要门户。
Guangxi is facing many new development oppounities and new development strategies during the new round of national opening-up progress. This article utilizes SWOT analytic method to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of Guangxi, it proposes that the general idea, strategic route, strategic choice, strategic combination, and overall leverage of strategy for Guangxi to promote the construction of ＂one belt one road＂, it also suggests Guangxi should seize the opportunities to implement openoriented leaping development strategy in order to not only create a new route for open-oriented leaping development, but also build Guangxi as a new strategic pivot for opening-up and development in the southwest and central south area of China, new portal and new hub for the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, new highland for China-ASEAN cooperation, and a significant portal to connect maritime silk road and silk road economic zone
