摘要
随着汽车技术的不断发展,汽车的各项性能指标也在不断提高,开关车门的难易程度成为衡量汽车质量的重要标准之一。车门闭合力测试系统可以为评价车门闭合力提供参考,为进一步评价车门性能以及车门和密封条结构有限元理论分析和实验提供参考标准。对车门闭合力测试方法进行了研究,设计了车门闭合力测试系统,对于分析车门结构、车门密封性和车内噪声等具有重要意义。仿真和实验表明,系统具有结构简单、使用方便、测试精度高等特点,可以为提高汽车车门关闭性能的测试提供重要的帮助。
With the continuous development of automobile technology,the performance of the car is also increasing,the difficulty of opening and closing the door to become an important measure of the quality of one of the criteria. The door closing force test system can provide a reference for evaluating the door closing force,which can provide reference for the further evaluation of the door performance and the finite element theory analysis and experiment of the door and seal structure. In this paper,the test method of door closing force is studied,and the door closing force test system is designed,which is very important for the analysis of door structure,door sealing and interior noise. The simulation and experiment results show that the system has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use and high test precision,which can provide important help for improving the door closing performance test.
