摘要
针对样车车门结构轻量化改进任务,通过建立车门有限元模型,利用计算机仿真获得车门的刚度、强度、动态特性、被动安全性等性能指标。应用集成多学科优化设计软件Isight与有限元求解分析软件OptiStmct,在试验设计的基础上,对样车白车身的一阶模态频率进行了优化,使其由15.13Hz提高到了17.5Hz;同时,基于神经网络近似模型与模拟退火算法完成了样车车门的轻量化工作,在车门性能不降低的前提下,实现减重3.7000kg。
In view of the prototype car door structure lightweight improvement task,finite element model through the establishment of the door,through computer simulation to obtain the door stiffness,strength and dynamic characteristics,such as passive safety performance indicators.Application software Isight integrated multidisciplinary optimization design and finite element analysis software Opti Stmct,on the basis of design of experiment,the prototype first order modal frequency of the white body is optimized,the improved by 15.13 Hz to 17.5Hz;At the same time,based on neural network approximation model and the simulated annealing algorithm to complete the prototype vehicle lightweighting work,in the door under the premise of not reduce performance and to achieve weight loss of 3.7000 kg.
