摘要
利用激光测速原理设计了车门闭合力测试仪,给出了光学系统及激光系统电路。该仪器采用半导体激光器作为点光源,记录激光束依次通过车门某点的时间间隔,测出车门速度,进而计算出车门轴锁系统的阻力。分析了该仪器测试误差来源并提出了解决方法。试验结果表明,该仪器的测量数据精度能够满足轿车车门闭合力的检测要求。
The testing instrument for closing force of car door is designed by using the principle of laser measuring speed,and the circuits of optical and laser system are presented in this paper.The instrument adopt semi-conductor laser as the point light source,and record the interval of laser beam which pass a point of car door,then measure the speed of door,and calculate the resistance of door lock system.This paper also analyses the measuring error of the instrument and put forward the solution.The test results show that the measuring accuracy of the instrument can meet the testing requirement for closing force of car door.
