摘要
目的本次实践课题研究,重点探讨分析PBL联合微信平台在内科学教学中的应用价值。方法回顾分析,以班级为单位,以区组随机方法,选取2013级2个班级为试验组,2013级其余的4个班级为对照组。对照组采用传统"课堂讲授法"模式教学,试验组采用PBL联合微信平台教学模式。其中,试验组学生60名,对照组学生120名。结果在之前的医学知识成绩考核中,基础理论知识、临床内科病例分析考核成绩对比上,2组无明显差异,考核成绩优秀率均是6.67%;2个学年结束后,在基础理论知识和临床病例分析成绩考核上,试验组效果更优,综合考核成绩优秀人数有17人,占到了28.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合微信平台的教学方法,应用到内科学培训教学中,极大提升了教学的效率与医学生总体认知能力。
Objective The purpose of this research practice focus on analysis of the value of PBL combined with micro-channel platform in the teaching of internal medicine. Methods A retrospective analysis to the class as a unit and a randomization method was used. Two classes of grade 2013 were selected as experimental group. The remaining four classes of grade 2013 were selected as the control group.The control group used the traditional "classroom teaching method" teaching mode. The experimental group used PBL combined with micro-channel platform teaching mode. Among them, the experimental group had 60 students, and the control group had 120 students.Results In the performance assessment of medical knowledge before, the basic theoretical knowledge and clinical medical case analysis test results was compared, respectively, and there was no significant difference in test results. The excellent rate was 6.67%. At the end of the two school years, on the theoretical knowledge and clinical analysis on the performance evaluation, the experimental group was better that that of the control group, 17 students were excellent in comprehensive assessment, accounting for 28.33%, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application PBL combined witht micro-channel platform in the teaching of internal medicine science greatly enhanced the efficiency and overall cognitive ability of medical students teaching.
