摘要
介绍了卓越医生内涵与能力结构,从卓越医生培养模式、实践能力与医学人文教育教学改革、具体科目的教学改革、当前卓越医生培养实践中存在的问题4方面阐述了卓越医生教学改革与实践。指出我国卓越医学人才培养研究中的不足:理论研究不够深入、卓越医生培养模式尚无系统研究、研究方法单一。
It introduced the connotation and ability structure of excellent doctor,and expounded the teaching reform and practice of excellent doctor from four aspects of excellent doctor training model,practical ability and medical humanistic education teaching reform,the teaching reform of specific subjects,the problems existing in the practice of excellent doctor training.It pointed out the deficiency in the research on excellent medical talents training in China:the non-enough depeh of theoretical research,un-systematic research on excellent doctor training model and the single research method.
