摘要
主要研究了不同的焊接热输入对SAF2507超级双相不锈钢焊接接头的组织、硬度以及耐蚀性的影响,采用5种不同的TIG焊电流来控制焊接热输入。试验结果表明,在焊接热输入为8.6k J·cm-1时焊接熔池区奥氏体含量最高,平均硬度值最大,耐蚀性达到最佳。阶梯硬度试验结果表明,随着焊接热输入的增加,热影响区宽度也随之增加。
The microstructure,micro-hardness and corrosion properties of SAF2507 duplex stainless steel joint with different heat input was studied. Welding heat input was controlled by five different TIG welding current parameters. The results show that the maximum of austenite proportion and micro-hardness and the best corrosion resistance occurs when the welding heat input is 8. 6 k J·cm^-1. Ladder hardness test shows that the more welding heat input,the wider heat affected zone is.
