厚板铝合金变极性等离子弧横焊接头性能分析 被引量:4

摘要 以厚度8mm的2219铝合金为对象,采用变极性等离子弧工艺,获得了焊缝成形良好的横焊接头。通过分析对比焊接电流与离子气流量匹配关系,获得了横焊工艺规范窗口。同时,研究了横焊接头不同区域组织及力学性能。结果表明:采用焊接工艺窗口内的参数焊接的横焊接头,抗拉强度约为240~250MPa,延伸率在3.1%~3.5%之间,接头断裂位置主要发生在接头上部熔合线附近的气孔密集区。接头组织具有不对称性,上部组织更为细小,接头中心位置显微硬度最低,两端热影响区硬度逐渐增高。 8 mm thick 2219 aluminum alloy was studied by variable polarity plasma arc welding, good welding joint was obtained. Through the analysis of the welding current and ion flow matching relation- ship, the welding process specification window is obtained. The results show that the welded joints are wel- ded with different regions and mechanical properties. The results show that the tensile strength of the wel- ded joints is 240 -250 MPa,and the tensile strength is 3.1% -3.5%. The joint fracture position mainly occurs in the area near the fusion line of the joint, which has the asymmetry, the upper part is small, the micro hardness of the center of the joint is lowest, and the hardness of the heat affected zone is gradually increased.
