摘要
对厚度8 mm的2219铝合金变极性等离子横焊接头进行TIG补焊,获得了成形良好的补焊接头,并对焊缝力学性能、微观组织、断裂模式及断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,补焊接头的力学性能和弯曲性能较高,达到母材强度60%以上,断后延伸率约为4%;补焊接头生成的共晶组织是造成补焊接头与原焊缝交界处开裂的主要原因;受组织及气孔的影响,补焊接头断裂路径和模式分为3种,断口韧窝多、深度浅,为韧性断裂。
TIG welding of 8 mm thick 2219 aluminum alloy variable polarity plasma transverse welding joint was carried out, and a good repair welding joint was obtained. The mechanical properties, microstruc- ture, fracture mode and fracture morphology of weld were analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties and bending performance of the welded joints are higher than 60% of base metal and 4% of elongation after fracture. The eutectic structure produced by the welding joint is the junction of the weld- ing joint and the original weld that is the main reason of cracking;by the organization and the impact of stomata ,welding joints fracture path and mode is divided into three kinds, fracture and dimple, shallow depth, toughness fracture.
