6063铝合金熔丝钨极氩弧焊温度场模拟及分析

摘要 为实现铝合金的高效焊接,基于普通钨极氩弧焊存在的焊接承载电流小、实际焊接效率偏低的不足,研究自熔丝TIG焊技术,创建自熔丝TIG焊焊接与热源模型。借助模拟软件仿真,模拟了焊接过程,综合考虑多种因素对热量传递的影响,区别普通TIG焊与熔丝TIG焊的温度场分布特点,探讨自熔丝TIG焊焊接电流与温度场的关系。研究得出:与TIG焊相比,熔丝TIG焊焊接效率更高;电流越大,熔丝TIG焊的熔宽与熔深也会越大。 In order to realize the efficient welding of aluminum alloy,based on the shortcomings of low welding load current and low actual welding efficiency of conventional TIG welding,the self-fusion TIG welding technology is studied and the self-fusion TIG welding and heat source model is created.With the help of simulation software,the welding process is simulated,the influence of various factors on heat transfer is comprehensively considered,and the distribution characteristics of temperature field between ordinary TIG welding and fused TIG welding are distinguished,and the relationship between welding current and temperature field of self-fused TIG welding is discussed.The results show that compared with TIG welding,the fusion TIG welding is more efficient.The greater the current,the greater the fusion width and depth of the fuse TIG welding.
