摘要
目的研究微创经皮钢板固定术（MIPPO）联合锁定加压钢板（LCP）治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的效果。方法选取我院2013年3月~2015年3月收治的经费股中下段骨折患者85例进行实验,随机将患者分成两组,即对照组（42例）使用传统手术骨折复位内固定方式治疗,观察组患者（43例）联合使用MIPPO和LCP治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者的Johner-Wruhs评分优良率为95.35%、对照组为80.95%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在胫腓骨中下段骨折患者的治疗中采用MIPPO联合LCP术式能够提升治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis（MIPPO） combined with locking compression plate（LCP） in the treatment of middle and distal tibiofibular fractures. Methods In our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015,the fund shares distal fracture in 85 patients were random experiment,the patients were divided into two groups,the control group（42 cases） with traditional surgery fracture fixation treatment,patients in the observation group（43 cases） with MIPPO and LCP treatment,compared two groups of patients effect. Results The excellent and good rate of Johner-Wruhs score of the observation group was 95.35%,the control group was 80.95%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion MIPPO combined with LCP operation can improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of middle and lower tibiofibular fractures.
