摘要
应用间接复位、经皮穿钢板治疗胫骨骨折，既可为骨折端提供足够的稳定，又可最大限度地保留骨折周围软组织的血液循环及骨折端的血肿，骨折愈合快，并发症少，是近几年出现的新技术，是AO生物接骨理论的最新应用。自2002年至2004年，笔者应用这一技术治疗胫骨骨折19例，取得满意疗效。现报告如下。
