经皮穿钢板治疗胫骨骨折19例 被引量:5

摘要 应用间接复位、经皮穿钢板治疗胫骨骨折,既可为骨折端提供足够的稳定,又可最大限度地保留骨折周围软组织的血液循环及骨折端的血肿,骨折愈合快,并发症少,是近几年出现的新技术,是AO生物接骨理论的最新应用。自2002年至2004年,笔者应用这一技术治疗胫骨骨折19例,取得满意疗效。现报告如下。
