摘要
目的:探讨肽骨骨不连的原因和不同固定方法治疗肱骨骨不连的临床疗效。方法:对16例肱骨中下段骨不连的外科治疗进行回顾性分析。固定方式:钢板内固定10例,交锁髓内钉内固定6例。结果:16例患者中,1例失访,15例随访6个月～5年,平均3年6个月,总愈合率90%,钢板治疗组愈合率80%,交锁髓内针治疗组愈合率100%。结论:髓内针内固定治疗肱骨骨不连较钢板优越,创伤小,固定确实,功能恢复满意。
Objective： To explore the clinic effects of different surgical treatment of middle and distal thirds of humerus bone nonunion. Methods： 16 cases of middle and distal thirds of humerus bone nonunion were analyzed retrospectively. Different fixations were applied for the patients： plates in 10 cases, interlocking medullary nails in 6 cases. Results： Of the 16 cases, 1 was out of follow-up, 15 cases were followed up for 6 months to 5 years, with 3 years and 6 months on average. The total union-rate was 90.0%. The union-rate in patients with plate was 80 % with interlocking medullary nails 100 %.Conclusions： The treatment of middle and distal thirds of humerus bone nonunion with interlocking medullary nails is superior to that with plates in that it is less invasive, and provides effective fixation and satisfactory functional recovery as well.
