摘要
采用中国石油兰州化工研究中心自主研发的hhs-07反向破乳剂对油砂洗涤水进行破乳处理,并以聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚硅酸盐为复合药剂对经破乳处理后的油砂洗涤水进行了混凝处理。结果表明:当破乳剂用量为100 mg/L,破乳时间为12 min时,油砂洗涤水中油的去除率为94.2%,悬浮物去除率为78.4%,浊度降至220 NTU;当以PAC质量浓度为150 mg/L,聚硅酸盐质量浓度为15 mg/L的复合药剂对经破乳处理后的油砂洗涤水进行混凝处理后,油砂洗涤水中油和悬浮物的质量浓度分别降至8.5 mg/L,2.2 mg/L,水的浊度降至3.5 NTU,可满足洗涤水回用要求。
The oil sand washing water was demul- sifted by the hhs -07 reversed demulsifier developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center, PetroChina, and the demulsified oil sand washing water was coagulated by poly aluminium chloride (PAC) and polysilieate as the compound agent. The results showed that when the demulsifier amount was 100 mg/L,demulsifieation time 12 rain,the removal rate of oil in the oil sand washing water 94.2% ,that of suspended solids 78.4%, turbidity decreased to 220 NTU;after the demulsified sand washing water was coagulated by the compound agent (mass con- centration of PAC 150 mg/L, that of polysilicate 15 mg/L). The mass concentration of oil and suspended solids in the sand washing water decreased to 8.5 mg/L,2.2 mg/L respectively, and turbidity of water dropped to 3.5 NTU,which could meet washing water recycling requirement.
