摘要
以环氧氯丙烷、丙三醇和三甲胺为原料合成了阳离子聚季铵盐,以丙烯酸甲酯、乙二胺为原料合成3.0代聚酰胺-胺,将二者复配后得到了复合型反相破乳剂CPM。考察了CPM的加药量、沉降时间、除油温度、pH等因素对除油效果的影响,研究结果表明,CPM是一种适合于高温特超稠油污水处理的反相破乳剂,当投加质量浓度为20mg/L时,污水中的油降低到20 mg/L以下,除油率达到99%以上,降低了后续污水处理的负荷。
A composite reverse demulsifier, CPM, has been made from cation polyquaternary ammonium, which was synthesized with epichlorohydrin, glycerin, and trimethylamine as raw materials, and 3.0 generation polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers,which was synthesized with ethylenediamine,and methyl acrylate as raw materials. The effects of the dosage of CPM, sedimentation time,de-oiling temperature and pH on oil removing efficacy are investigated. The experimental results show that CPM is a kind of reverse demulsifier suitable for treating high temperature wastewater with ultra-super heavy oil. When its added mass concentration is 20 mg/L, the oil content in wastewater is reduced to 20 mg/L,and the oil removing rate reaches 99% ,reducing the load in the subsequent wastewater treatment.
