Electrical Characteristics of DBD Under Different Connection Modes

摘要 为了研究不同接线方式对介质阻挡放电(DBD)电气特性的影响,降低表面放电等离子体的能耗,设计了一种新型微等离子体发生器,并对其在3种不同接线方式下的放电特性(包括Lissajous图形,放电功率、放电传输电荷、气隙电压等参数)进行了测量和比较。结果表明:有一个正面电极悬浮时,放电传输电荷和功率是两极接线方式下的一半,有效减少了放电能耗,并且此方式不等同于增大电极间距;背面电极悬浮时,起始放电电压和放电气隙电压都较高,但是放电传输电荷和放电功率均较小。 To study the influence of different connection modes on the electrical characteristics of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) and reduce the energy consumption of surface discharge plasma, a new micro-plasma generator is designed. The discharge characteristics of three types of wiring, such as parameters of power, the transferred charges, the air-gap vohage and the voltage and the Lissajous figure, the current oscillograms, are measured and compared. The experimental measurements show that, when one of the two positive electrodes is suspended, the transferred charges and discharge power are half of bipolar connection mode' s respectively, which is not the equivalent of simply increasing the electrode space, and thus the discharge energy consumption is reduced effectively. When the back electrode is suspended, the starting voltage and the air-gap voltage are both higher than the other two ways, but it has fewer transferred charges and less power consumption.
