摘要
传统媒体一直以来被广泛公认为最为有效的宣传工具之一,在宣传领域有不可替代的重要作用。院报作为医院传统主导媒体,在对外加强信息传递、对内增强医院凝聚力、培育医院文化等方面发挥了重要作用。但随着社会进步和科技发展,特别是新兴媒体的异军突起,院报受到了不小的挑战,并面临失宠的困境,如何使院报这一传统媒体摆脱困境继续发挥作用,成为各医院着力探讨的问题。该文通过解读竞争之"困"、自身之"困"、解"困"之策,全面详细地分析了困境之处,并实施有效的措施,使困境变为出路,探索出一套行之有效的解决办法,很好地适应新时期宣传思路,为院报开辟了新天地。
The traditional media has been regarded as an most effective publicity means, and it plays an inevitable role in the publicity field, hospital report, as a traditional leading media in the hospital, playing an important role in enhancing information pass, enhancing hospital cohesive force and cultivating hospital culture, with the social progress and technical development, especially the emergency of new media, the hospital report obtains an enormous challenge, and faces the unloved dilemma, how to make the hospital report out of trouble has been an issue that hospital should pay attention to, the paper comprehensively analyzes the dilemma and puts forwards effective measures thus making dilemma bright and better adapt to the publicity thinking in the new era and opening up a new ground for the hospital report.
