院报作为医院文化建设的重要阵地,集中反映了医院发展建设的内涵,真实记载了医院发展建设和改革的进程,如实记录了医院各项工作动态,反映了职工思想动态,是展示医院文化的重要窗口。本文就如何办好院报的经验做法进行了探讨:围绕中心工作,坚持正确的舆论导向;凝练医院精神,培育医院文化;树典型,造氛围,活跃医院文化;贴近读者,为读者服务;运用报纸语言,赢得宣传效果;活用"通版",增强宣传效果;规范制作流程,切实提高报纸质量;建设优秀通讯员队伍,强化通讯员队伍管理。
