摘要
党的十八大以来,要求扎实推进文化建设,医院文化建设作为文化建设的一个重要部分,是打造医院品牌、树立医院形象、提升医院综合实力以及形成医院核心竞争力的立脚点和基石。《院报》作为医院文化的重要宣传载体和窗口,在医院文化建设发挥着其重要作用,本文作者从事《新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院院报》排版、编辑工作多年,结合自己实际工作经验,谈谈《院报》在医院文化建设中的作用。
Cultural propelling has been requested to the whole society since the eighteen Party＇s Congress was held in China. As an important part of culture construction, the hospital cultural construction is the foothold and base for building brand, establishing image, enhancing the overall strength and forming the core competitiveness of the hospital.As an important propaganda media and the window of the hospital culture, Journal of Xinjang Uygur Autonomous Region People＇s Hospital is playing an important role in the construction of hospital culture. The authors have engaged in typesetting, editing in the Journal office for many years. The authors would discuss the contribution of Journal of Xinjang Uygur Autonomous Region People＇s Hospital in hospital cultural construction based on their own working experience.
