摘要
从地铁行车调度岗位人才需求现状和人力成本控制目标出发,根据行车调度岗位工作量的变化情况,指出目前广州地铁区域控制中心在行车调度岗位配置方面存在优化的可能性,并提出优化行车调度岗位的具体方法,以期为地铁线网化发展情况下的人力成本优化提供指导。
Starting from the metro dispatcher post personnel demand and labor cost control target, based on the changes in the traffic dispatcher's work load, the paper points out that there is the possibility to optimize the dispatcher post configuration in the current Guangzhou metro area control center. It puts forward the specific methods to optimal dispatcher posts configuration, in order to provide guidance for the manpower cost optimization under the situation of metro network development.
