摘要
随着城市轨道交通运营线路的增多,网络运营控制中心由单线运营控制变为集中网络运营控制,通过建设城市轨道交通网络运营控制中心(NOCC),可实现运营控制指挥系统的集中调度管理、信息资源共享、票务清分清算和应急指挥,达到运营控制中心的统一规划设计、集约节约利用土地、产生社会效益的目的,并可为类似项目规划设计提供参考和借鉴。
With the increase of urban rail transit operation lines,the network operating control center has changed from single-line operating control to centralized network operating control.Through the construction of the urban rail transit network operation control center(NOCC),the centralized dispatching management,information resource sharing,ticket revenue clearing and liquidation and emergency command of the operation control command system can be achieved,to obtain the purposes of unified planning and design,intensive and economical land use and social benefit generation of the operation control center and provide a reference for the planning and design of similar projects.
