摘要
发展现代农业是促进农村繁荣的有效途径之一。笔者在对四个新型农业经营主体调查研究的基础上发现,现代农业的经营者在农业产业一体化经营中,分别承担着组织创建者、生产技术提供者、销售市场开拓者、政府沟通者和人际关系协调者等多元角色,这些不同的角色组成了一个"角色集"。这个"角色集"中的角色涵盖了现代农业经营者完成现代农业从生产到销售的整个过程。现代农业经营者在发展现代农业,增强农村发展活力的同时,也对解决由"留守老人"、"留守妇女"、"留守儿童"和"农村空心化"等现象所带来的相关问题做出了积极的回应。
Developing modern agriculture is aneffective way to promote rural prosperity.Based on investigation of four new agricultural business entities,the author found that modern agricultural operators play the multiple roles of founding organization,technology provider,marke texploiter,government communicator and interpersonal coordinator in unified agricultural industrial management,which constitute ＂role set＂.The role in ＂role set＂ covers the whole process of modern agriculture from production to sale.In developing modern agriculture and enhancing the vitality of rural development,modern agriculture operators made a positive response in solving the problems which caused by the phenomenon of ＂leftbehind elderly＂, ＂left-behind women＂, ＂left-behind children＂ and ＂ hollow village＂.
