人工砂混凝土体积变形特性的试验研究

摘要 人工砂的表面粗糙,棱角尖锐,由人工砂配制的混凝土在强度、抗冻性及抗渗性等方面性能要优于天然砂混凝土。天然砂资源短缺的情况下,采用人工砂制备混凝土具有良好的经济效益。对人工砂混凝土的干燥收缩和自收缩进行了试验研究。结果表明,人工砂混凝土的干缩早期发展快,后期变缓直至稳定,随着石粉含量的增大其干缩先增大后减小,并且随着水灰比的增大而减小;在水灰比一定时,人工砂混凝土各个龄期的干缩均大于河砂混凝土;人工砂混凝土的自收缩在早期表现膨胀变形,后期快速收缩直至稳定。 Manufactured sand concrete, prepared by the artificial sand with rough surface, sharp edges and corners, have better performance than natural sand concrete on compressive strength, frost resistance and impermeability resistance. In the case of shortage of natural sand resources, the use of artificial sand preparation of concrete has good engineering benefits. The experimental study on drying shrinkage and self - shrinkage of artificial sand concrete is carried out in this paper. The results show that the shrinkage of the manufactured sand concrete increases rapidly in the early stage and slows down in the later stage, which first increases and then decreases with the increase of the stone powder content, and decreases with the water - cement ratio increased The dry shrinkage of artificial sand concrete is bigger than the river sand concrete at all ages when the water - cement ratio is constant. The self - shrinkage of the artificial sand concrete expands and deforms at an early stage and then shrinks rapidly until it is stable.
