摘要 膨胀剂在补偿大体积混凝土收缩开裂中得到广泛应用,主要研究的是不同品种的膨胀剂对补偿大体积混凝土收缩开裂的不同作用。并通过试验研究了氧化钙和钙矾石类以及氧化镁类膨胀剂在补偿大体积混凝土中的不同影响效果,并对不同种类膨胀剂的混凝土的受限变形曲线进行了分析。得出氧化钙和钙矾石类可补偿大体积混凝土的早期收缩,但分别在30d和60d后将由膨胀变形转变成收缩变形,而氧化镁类则在早期表现为收缩,20d后开始膨胀。处于大体积混凝土内部环境中的膨胀剂可有效补偿其收缩开裂。 Expansion agents is used widely shrinkage in compensated mass concrete.In this paper the effects of different kinds of expansion agents in shrinkage compensated mass concrete was studied.The different effects of CaO^-type,Aft-type and MgO^-type expansion agents in massive shrinkage compensated concrete is studied through tests and analyse the curve of restrained strains of concrete with different expansion agents.The results showed that early concrete shrinkage with CaO^-type and Afttype expansion agents can be compensated,but the shrinkage can not be compensated after 30 and 60 days respectively while early age shrinkage and expansion after 20 days was observed when MgO^-type was used.Expansion agent acts efficiently in the massive concrete.
