摘要 为探讨柚木(Tectona grandis)种子的耐脱水性及其对幼苗生长的影响,用45℃热空气和室温硅胶2种方法将种子含水量降至12%、10%、9%、8%、7%、6%、5%、4%等8个梯度,在室温条件下密封贮藏1年后再测定其萌发能力。结果表明,使用此两种方法来干燥种子,其含水量最低可降至约6%和约4%,但对种子发芽能力的影响无显著差异;当种子含水量≥5%时,其发芽能力与含水量呈极显著负相关,当含水量为5%-6%时,其发芽能力最高,较自然风干种子提高78%-90%;不同含水量种子萌发的幼苗生长无显著差异。 To investigate the dehydration tolerance and its effect on seedling growth in Tectona grandis, 8 scales of seed moisture content (12%, 10%, 9%, 8%, 7%, 6%, 5% and 4% ) were tested with 45-C hot air and silica gel dehydration in ambient temperature. The seeds were then sealed for 1 year at room temperature and measured the germination rates. The results showed that seed moisture contents could reduce to a minimum of 6% and 4% by using the two dehydration methods, respectively, and there were not significant differences in germination between two treatments. When seed moisture content was more than 5%, there was significantly negative correlation between germination capacity and seed moisture contents. The highest germination occurred when the seed moisture content was from 5% to 6% , which was 78% -90% higher than that of naturally dried seeds. There wasn't significant differ- ence among seedlings from seeds of varied moisture contents.
