:Experiments with ultradried millet and mung bean Seeds were conducted. The main objectives of this study were to evaluate effects of ultradrying treatment on seed viability,Vigour, Conductivity, enzyme activety and tolerant to ageing. The results indicated that the critical moisture content value of millet is 3. 0%, mungbean 4. 9%.
