摘要
高职院校兼职教师承担着对大学生开展思想政治教育的重要任务。当前,高职兼职教师在思政教育中呈现多样化、随意化、多层次化特征。主要源于各级高职院校对政策落实不到位;考评体系不完善,监督机制不健全;思想认识不充分,个人修养待提升。基于高等教育特征,为实现高职教育目标,提高高职院校兼职教师思想政治教育实效性,必须细化教育政策,营造重德氛围;转变态度认知,完善考评监督;丰富实施方式,打造特色教育。
