摘要
改革开放以来,为帮助西藏进一步发展教育事业,培养人才,中央作出了教育援藏的重大决策,并根据西藏实际,不断调整和丰富援藏内容。在职业教育方面,举办内地西藏班和大力推进对口援藏是两项最重要的援藏举措,在完善西藏职业教育体系,改善职业教育办学条件,提高职业教育水平和质量,提升西藏地区人口素质方面发挥了重要作用。下一阶段,职业教育援藏应深入贯彻国家的政策精神,抓准藏区实际困难,实现精准支援。帮助西藏职业教育实现特色化发展,促进藏区职业教育自身发展能力提升,逐步探索政府援藏和市场援藏相结合的路径。
Since the reform and opening-up, in order to further promote the development of education undertakings in Tibet to foster the talents, the central government made a great decision that was to support Tibet through education, and constantly adjust and enriching the supporting content according to the actual environment of Tibet. In vocational education, the ＂inland Tibetan classes＂ and ＂contra- aperture assistance to Tibet program＂ are the most important Tibet supporting programs, which played an important role in perfecting the system of vocational education, improving vocational school running conditions, improving level and qualiW of vocational education, and promoting qualiW of the population in Tibet. In the next stage, it is suggested to further carry out the spirit of national policy and grab the Tibetan practical difficulties, to achieve precise support. Furthermore, it is necessary to assist Tibet to realize the characteristic development of vocational education, and promote the self-development capacity of Tibetan vocational education, and gradually explore the path of combining government and market assistance.
