摘要
内地西藏班毕业生选择"返藏工作",是外部定义与内部自我认同达成统一的结果。作为一项重要的民族和区域性政策,内地西藏班从一开始就明确了"智力援藏"的宗旨。该宗旨隐含着"内地培养,支援家乡"的教育理念。一方面,相对优质的内地班教育培养了学生开阔的视野、独立的性格和批判性思维;另一方面,学校教育不断形塑着学生作为"西藏人"和"藏族人"的身份,这种身份渐渐被内化为一种情感、使命和现实选择。通过从"内地求学"到"返藏工作"的转型,内地班毕业生重新联结了藏区社会,重建了个人经历的连续性。
This study has explored how external and internal factors have contributed to the mentality of "returning to work in Tibet"among Tibetan graduates from hinterland schools. As an important ethnic and regional policy,from the beginning,Tibetan classes in hinterland schools are aimed at providing intellectual support for Tibet. The educational concept of the policy is to "cultivate Tibetan students in the hinterland who will serve their homeland in Tibet". On the one hand,by providing better education,inland schools have widened students' vision,and trained their independent personality and critical thinking; and on the other hand,school education in inland cities has constantly enhanced students' identities as "persons from Tibet"and "Tibetan ". These identities have been internalized as an ethnic attachment,an ethnic mission and a convenient career choice. Through the transition from "studying in the hinterland"to "returning to work in Tibet",the Tibetan graduates have reconnected themselves with Tibetan society,and rebuilt their biographical continuity.
