摘要
目前,内地西藏幼师班美术课程一直沿用普通幼师美术课程的模式,其采用的教材、专业指导和教育实践都与内地师范生相同,这必将导致西藏学生对本民族文化传统产生陌生与疏离,进而影响到西藏学前教育中民族传统文化的传承。因此,要在内地西藏幼师班中实施特色美术教学,将具有西藏传统艺术特色的色彩、造型及工艺制作等内容融入课程教学中,调整和优化学前师范美术课程的教学结构,提升西藏幼师班学生的美术技能和对本民族传统文化的领悟力,为民族文化的传承和多元文化的发展打下良好基础。
At present, Tibetan students studying preschool education in mainland follow the same curriculum model as ordinary normal preschool education majors, and Tibetan students use the same teaching materials,professional guidance and education practice as the mainland normal students do. This will lead to Tibetan students’ alienation of their ethical culture traditions, which will affect the inheritance of traditional culture in preschool education in Tibet. Therefore, the teachers who teach Tibetan students are supposed to use characteristic art teaching, to integrate traditional Tibetan art such as the color, modeling and craft into art teaching, adjust and optimize the structure of teaching, improve students’ art skills and understanding of their traditional culture. The purpose is to lay a good foundation for ethnic culture inheritance and multicultural development.
