摘要 以气动式点胶喷射阀喷射泄压过程为研究对象,建立喷射过程背压腔泄压与撞针运动耦合系统的二维几何模型,采用湍流k-ε两方程数学模型、利用有限体积法和动网格技术对喷射过程进行计算,得到喷射过程中的背压腔泄压曲线与撞针运动曲线。在喷射过程中撞针受到了极大的背压力,降低了阀的喷射性能。一定范围内减小泄压气道长度或加大泄压气道直径有利于泄压,从而减少撞针运动响应时间并得到更快的撞针运动速度。通过实验验证了该计算结果的正确性,为气动式喷射阀喷射过程中的计算与分析以及喷射阀的结构优化提供参考。 Taking the pressure relief process of pneumatic jetting valve as the research object, the two-dimension model of coupled system of pressure relief process and needle motion process were putted forward, the unsteady flow field was calculated by finite volume method and dynamic mesh with the turbulence k-6 model, then the pressure relief curve of back pressure zone and needle motion curve was achieved. The results show that the jetting performance is limited for great back pressure resistance in jetting. By reducing pressure relief airway length or increasing pressure relief airway diameter, the needle speed can be increased and the needle motion response time can be reduced. The calculation results are consistent with those of experiment, which illustrates a new way for calculation and analysis of pneumatic jet dispensing and provides reference for structure optimization of the valve.
