摘要
针对京唐烧结开展了料面喷洒蒸汽的研究,从热力学和动力学角度分析了烧结料面喷洒蒸汽对烧结过程,尤其是燃烧反应的影响。通过烧结废气成分测试验证了料面喷洒适量水蒸气可提高燃料完全燃烧的比例,从而有利于烧结节能降耗。研究结果表明:喷洒2 t/h蒸汽后,烧结废气中CO曲线在经过蒸汽管道时显著降低(曲线波峰和波谷之间差距约4 000ppm),废气CO_2/(CO+CO_2)从80%提到85%水平。CO_2/(CO+CO_2)提高5%理论上可降低固体燃耗约2 kg/t,实际工业试验中降低了1.64 kg/t。
Spraying steam on surface of sintering material bed was researched in Shougang Jingtang,and from the point of view of thermodynamics and kinetics, the effects of spraying steam on the sintering material bed surface on sintering process espe- cially on combustion reaction were analyzed. Based on the test of the exhaust gas composition,it was verified that spraying steam on sintering material bed surface can improve the complete combustion ratio of fuel, which is favorable for reducing energy con- sumption. The research results show that, after spraying 2 t/h steam, the CO curve of sintering waste gas decreases significantly when passing the steam pipe ( difference between the curve peak and curve valley is about 4 000 ppm) ,and CO2 ( CO + CO2 ) of waste gas during sintering process increases from 80% to about 85% level. Increasing CO2 ( CO + CO2 ) by 5% can reduce 2kg/ t solid fuel consumption in theory, and the actual reduction is 1.64 kg/t in practical industrial test.
