摘要
本文采用烧结过程气体动力学制度、热工制度及作业制度的稳定性来衡量烧结过程的均匀性;分析了均匀烧结的制约因素,探讨了实际生产条件,提出了从纵向、横向和竖向全方位实现均匀烧结的途径。
in this paper, the stabilities of air-kinettics schedule,thermal schedul and operation schedul were selected as criteria to identify steady degree of sintering process,and the restraint factors of steady sintering was also analyzed. According to the practical production conditions, some ways to realization steady sintering were proposed.
