摘要
焦炉干熄焦检修时,常用湿熄焦替代干熄焦作为烧结使用燃料,使用不当常对生产有一定的负面影响。为能更好地在烧结生产中使用湿熄焦作为燃料,同时为改善烧结矿质量提供技术支持,开展了湿熄焦燃料分加的实验研究。研究结果表明,在燃料配加总量一定的条件下,湿熄焦分加15%~50%后部分替代干熄焦,烧结利用系数和成品率均得到提高,有明显的提产效果。
During maintenance of coke dry quenching,the wet quenched coke is often used to replace the CDQ as fuel for iron ore sintering,which often has a certain negative impact on production upon inappropriate use.In order to use wet quenched coke in sintering efficiently,and to provide technical support for improving the sinter quality,the experimental study on separate addition of wet quenched coke fuels is carried out The research results show that,when the addition of total amount of fuels is certain,after separate addition of 15%-50%wet quenched coke,which is partly used to replace part of the dry quenched coke,the sintering productivity and product yield are all increased with obvious production improvement effect.
