摘要
急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)是一种病情凶险,病死率高的急腹症。SAP的发病机制是一个复杂且多因素参与的过程,目前明确的发病机制尚未阐明。近来,大量研究表明高压氧(HBO)在SAP的治疗中具有重要影响。本文就HBO治疗对SAP的影响进行综述。
Severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） is a kind of acute abdomen disease with danger disease and high rate of mortality.Pathogenesis of SAP is a complex and multiple factors involved process.At present,the definitive pathogenesis is not fully understood.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） plays an important role in the treament of SAP.The influence of HBO treatment on SAP is reviewed in this paper.
