摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是一种常见的对患者影响极大的急性肺损伤(ALI)综合征,近年来已对其定义得到了更一致的认识,并且在发病机制和治疗研究方面取得了很大进步,设计和试验出了很多新的方案.这里仅对其定义、发病机制进行阐述,并扼要讨论其在治疗方面的进展.
