摘要
目前结核病仍然是全世界最致命的传染病之一,其发生是多种环境因素和遗传因素共同作用的结果。近年来,对嘌呤受体P2X7基因与结核病易感性的研究报道较多。本文介绍P2X7受体在机体抗结核免疫反应中的作用机制,总结目前研究已明确的与结核病易感性相关的P2X7基因多态性位点(1513、946、1729、-762和489五个位点)对结核病易感性的影响。
As one of the deadliest epidemics in the world, the occurrence of tuberculosis involve some combination of ge- netic and environmental factors. In recent years, the studies related to the P2X7 receptor on susceptibility to tuberculosis have gained more attention and some new researches showed their innovative points. This review aims to introduce the mechanism of P2X7 receptor on susceptibility to tuberculosis, and to sum up the susceptibility of tuberculosis related P2X7 gene polymor- phism site ( 1513, 946, 1729,-762 and 489) published in current researches, which have already made clear about the effica- cy on the susceptibility of tuberculosis.
