蒙药蓝刺头对去卵巢大鼠离体骨骨密度及骨最大变形挠度的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究蒙药蓝刺头对去卵巢大鼠骨密度及骨最大变形挠度的影响。方法:将84只雌性大鼠随机分成7组,每组12只,分别为蒙药蓝刺头高、中、低剂量组、骨疏康组、假手术组、己烯雌酚组、模型组。造模成功后,饲养90 d后灌胃90 d,检测离体骨骨密度及骨最大变形挠度。结果:与模型组比较,己烯雌酚组、骨疏康组、蒙药蓝刺头3个剂量组大鼠离体股骨检测部位骨密度均高于模型组(P<0.01);蒙药蓝刺头3个剂量组、骨疏康组、己烯雌酚组大鼠骨密度均低于做手术组(P<0.05);己烯雌酚组、骨疏康组、蒙药蓝刺头3个剂量组大鼠骨密度未见明显差异(P>0.05)。其他6组与假手术组比较,实验大鼠左侧股骨变形挠度均有明显差异(P<0.05),而其中未给药干预的模型组与假手术组比较降低显著(P<0.01)。给药干预后,与模型组比较,骨疏康组、蒙药蓝刺头3个剂量组、己烯雌酚组实验大鼠左侧股骨的最大变形挠度均明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:蒙药蓝刺头可提高去卵巢大鼠骨最大变形挠度及离体骨骨密度,提高骨抵御外力冲击的能力,改善骨质量。 Objective: To study the effect of mongolian blue thorn on bone mineral density and the maximum deflection of bone in ovarieetomized rast. Methods: The 84 female rats were randomly divided into seven groups, including sham operation group, model group, diethylstilbestrol group, Gushukang (骨疏康) group, Mongolian blue thorn high, medium and low dose group, there were 12 rats in each group. After success of the model, feeding 90 days and then filling the stomach for 90 days, we detected of bone mineral density and the maximum deflection of bone. Results: Compared with the model group, the hone mineral density of diethylstilbestrol group, Gushukang group, Mongolian blue thorn three doses group were higher (P〈0.01), while diethylstilbestrol group, Gushukang group, Mongolian blue thorn three doses group were lower than sham operation group (P〈0.05), and there was no statistical significance among diethylstilbestrol group, Gushukang group and Mongolian blue thorn three doses group (P〉0.05). Compared with sham operation group, left femur deflection of the other six groups had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The sham operation group and model group decreased obviously (P〈0.01). After intervention, the left femur deflection of diethylstilbestrol group, Gushukang group and Mongolian blue thorn three doses group increased, compared with the model group (P〈 0.01). Conclusion: Mongolian blue thorn could improve the bone mineral density and the maximum deflection of ovariectomized rats, increase the ability of bone to resist external shocks, and improve bone quality.
