溴化丁基改性三元乙丙防水卷材及其粘着性初探 被引量:2

摘要 选用溴化丁基橡胶(IIR)改性EPDM,制得了自粘IIR改性EPDM防水卷材,研究探讨了IIR改性对EPDM防水卷材粘着性的影响。结果表明:EPDM和IIR的配比为70/30时,制得的IIR改性EPDM防水卷材的各项性能指标均满足GB/T 18173.1—2012标准的要求;与未改性EPDM防水卷材相比,IIR改性EPDM防水卷材达到较高剥离强度的时间更短,卷材与卷材、卷材与铝板、卷材与水泥砂浆的剥离强度分别提高了33%、45%和25%;热老化处理后,对于IIR改性EPDM防水卷材和未改性EPDM防水卷材来说,卷材与卷材、卷材与水泥砂浆的剥离强度会增大,而卷材与铝板的剥离强度会减小。 Self-adhered brominated modified butyl rubber (IIR) modified EPDM waterproofing is prepared and the influence of IIR modification on adhesion of EPDM waterproofing membrane is discussed. The results show that the performance indicators of IIR modified EPDM waterproofing membrane when the mass ratio of EPDM and IIR is 70:30 meet requirements of GB/T 18173.1--2012. Compared with unmodified EPDM membrane, the time to achieve higher peel strength of IIR modified EPDM waterproofing membrane is shorter, and the peel strength of membrane and membrane, membrane and aluminum, membrane and cement mortar is increased by 33%, 45% and 25% respectively. After heat aging treatment, for IIR modified EPDM waterproofing membrane and unmodified EPDM membrane, the peel strength of membrane and membrane, membrane and cement mortar is improved, and the peel strength of membrane and aluminum is decreased.
