摘要
研究了IIR/EPDM并用体系中共混比、硫黄硫化体系对共混物性能的影响。结果表明,IIR与EPDM相容性较好,而且可以达到共硫化;IIR/EPDM质量比为75/25时,共混物的物理机械性能和老化性能较好;用硫黄、低硫高促进剂和无硫硫化体系都能得到性能较好的共混物,其中以前者硫化的共混物性能最为突出。
The effects of blending ratio, curing system on the properties and heat ageing resistance of the blends of IIR/EPDM were studied. The results showed that IIR/EPDM blends have better compatibility and the covulcanization. When the blending ratio of IIR/EPDM was 75/25, the blends had good physical properties. The conventional curing system, little sulfur curing system and non-sulfur curing system cured the blends, whose properties were good, and the conventional curing system was excellent.
