介绍了郑州市大型住宅用地项目地下工程在采用结构自防水的基础上,底板采用2 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料复合4 mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材、外墙采用双层1.2 mm厚喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料的防水设计,对底板、侧墙的防水施工工艺以及底板甩槎、后浇带、集水坑、穿墙管道等细部节点做法进行了详细阐述。
On the basis of structure serf-waterproofing, the underground work of a large residential land project in Zhenzhou adopts 2 mm thick non-curable rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating combined with 4 mm thick SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane for the base plate, and 1.2 mm thick spraying-applied & fast-cured rubber-modified bitumen waterproofing coating for the external walls. The article elaborates on the waterproofing construction technology for base plate and side walls, as well as treatment measures for base plate joint, post-cast strip, sump, through-wall pipeline and other details.
