摘要
为了解大学生村官自我概念、工作满意度和择业焦虑的现状及其关系,探讨工作满意度在自我概念与择业焦虑关系中的中介作用,采用SPSS18.0、Amos17.0及修订问卷等方法对亳州、芜湖、苏北等地516名大学生村官实施调研。研究表明:从总体上看,大学生村官自我概念及择业焦虑处于中等偏上水平,而工作满意度处于中等偏下水平。在人口学变量上,父母职业对自我概念具有显著影响;学历、任职期满后的职业追求、父母职业对工作满意度具有显著差异;性别、任职期满后的职业追求、父母职业对择业焦虑也存在一定的影响。大学生村官自我概念与工作满意度两者之间存在显著性正相关,而择业焦虑分别于自我概念、工作满意度之间存在显著性负相关。工作满意度在自我概念对择业焦虑的影响过程中具有部分中介作用。
An investigation is conducted among 516 college graduate village officials working in some areas in Anhui and Jiangsu Provinces in order to understand the relationship between their self-identity,job satisfaction and career selecting anxiety and to explore the medium effect of job satisfaction.Data analysis through SPSS 18.0and Amos 17.0shows that the gross self-identity and career selecting anxiety of college graduate village officials are at the level above average with their job satisfaction below average.The independent variables include parents' career,academic degrees,career pursuit,gender and others.It is also found that self-identity and job satisfaction are of significant positive correlation and job satisfaction plays a partial medium role in the influence of self-identity on career selecting anxiety.
