摘要 介绍一种直流充电桩功率模块的设计方案,选用隔离型全桥DC/DC拓扑,采用数字移相控制策略,应用ZVS软开关技术,输出电压连续可调。系统针对蓄电池的充放电特性,具有恒流、恒压和浮充的输出特性,满足电动汽车直流快充设备高速、高效的需求。分析了系统的工作原理,介绍了系统设计方案并给出了设计结果,最后通过样机试验证明方案切实可行,具有良好的工程实用价值。 A power module utilizing isolated full-bridge converter controlled by digital phase-shifting approach was introduced for DC charging pile design. The proposed scheme offers not only an output voltage which could be changed continuously,but also an efficient solution due to ZVS bringing by phase-shifting approach. The system is designed to promise such output characteristics as constant current,constant voltage,and floating charging according to the charging and discharging characteristics of batteries,thus giving DC charging pile for electric cars such advantages as short charging time,high efficiency,and relatively less loss. The working principle of the system was introduced,as well as the designing process and designing result. Finally,a prototype,whose experiments coincide with previous analyses well,was constructed,thus verifying its value in practice.
