摘要
目的:研究芪胶升白胶囊对正常小鼠及免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响,为该药的临床应用及开发提供科学、全面的数据资料。方法:80只小鼠,随机分为对照组,贞芪扶正颗粒4.0g/kg剂量组,芪胶升白胶囊0.5g/kg,1.0g/kg,2.0g/kg剂量组,环磷酰胺组,环磷酰胺+贞芪扶正颗粒4.0g/kg剂量组,环磷酰胺+芪胶升白胶囊0.5g/kg,1.0g/kg,2.0g/kg剂量组,分组第1天,后5组腹腔注射环磷酰胺50mg/kg,连续给药4天,制造免疫抑制小鼠模型,对照组及环磷酰胺组的小鼠每天灌胃蒸馏水0.4ml/只,其他各组小鼠每天按上述剂量灌胃0.4ml/只,14天后,碳廓清实验检测小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、MTT法检测小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力、血清溶血素实验测定小鼠血清中溶血素含量,并计算各组小鼠免疫器官指数。结果:与对照组比较,贞芪扶正颗粒组,芪胶升白胶囊0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg剂量组的小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强(29.54%、36.36%、45.45%、29.54%)、小鼠血清溶血素含量升高(57.69%、80.77%、76.62%、76.62%);贞芪扶正颗粒组、芪胶升白胶囊1.0g/kg剂量组的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力提高(126.19%、89.29%);贞芪扶正颗粒组,芪胶升白胶囊各剂量组小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数无显著增加。与环磷酰胺组比较,环磷酰胺+贞芪扶正颗粒组,环磷酰胺+芪胶升白胶囊0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg剂量组小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强(38.89%、30.56%、33.33%、36.11%)、小鼠血清溶血素含量明显升高(213.33%、213.33%、180.00%、186.67%);小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力显著提高(142.42%、266.67%、278.79%、396.97%);环磷酰胺+贞芪扶正颗粒组,环磷酰胺+芪胶升白胶囊2.0g/kg剂量组小鼠胸腺指数显著增加(35.00%、30.00%)。结论:一定剂量的芪胶升白胶囊不仅能增强正常小鼠机体的免疫功能,还能明显增强免疫抑制小鼠机体的免疫功能。
Objective： To study the effects of Qijiao Shengbai capsule on immune function in mice and immunosuppressed mice in vivo. The studycould provide more scientific and comprehensive data for Qijiao Shengbai capsule in its clinical application and developmemt. Methods： A total of 80 mouse were randomly divided into control group,astragalus membranaceus-ligustrum lucidum tonic capsules（ positive drug） group（ 4. 0g/kg）,the each dose of Qijiao Shengbai capsule（ 0. 5g/kg,1. 0g/kg,2. 0g/kg）,CTX group,CTX ＋ astragalus membranaceus-ligustrum lucidum tonic capsules（ positive drug） group（ 4. 0g/kg） and CTX ＋ the each dose of Qijiao Shengbai capsule（ 0. 5g/kg,1. 0g/kg,2.0g/kg）. On the first day of dividing into groups,each mice in the last five groups received 50 mg/kg CTX by intraperitoneal injection everyday,making immunosuppressive mice model after four days. Each mice received 0. 4ml/day according to the above dose by oral gavage addition to the mouse of control group and CTX group receiving 0. 4ml/day distilled water separately. The immune indexes of mouse in each group were determined on 14 th day： the clearance rate of carborn,MTT method and serum hemolysin experiments were used to detect the phagocytosis of macrophage cell,the spleen lymphocyte proliferation and the content of hemolysin in serum respectively in mice; more over,the immune organ indexes of mice in each groups were measured. Results： Compared to control group,lucidum tonic capsules group,0. 5g/kg,1.0g/kg,2. 0g/kg groups of Qijiao Shengbai capsule could obviously enhance the phagocytosis of macrophages（ 29. 54%,36. 36%,45. 45%,29. 54%） and increase the content of serum hemolysin in mice（ 57. 69%,80. 77%,76. 62%,76. 62%）; lucidum tonic capsules group,1.0g/kg group of Qijiao Shengbai capsule could observably promote the proliferation of lymphocyte in mice（ 126. 19%,89. 29%）; the spleen index and thymus index weren＇t improved obviously（ P〉0. 05）. Compared to CTX group,CTX ＋ astragalus membranaceus-ligus
