三七皂苷Rg_1对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:27

摘要 目的:进一步研究三七皂苷Rg1对机体免疫功能的影响及作用机制。方法:选择昆明种小鼠,采用环磷酰胺皮下注射制作小鼠免疫低下模型,应用三七皂苷Rg1进行预防与治疗,观察其对免疫低下小鼠模型外周血白细胞(WBC)总数、淋巴细胞百分率、脾指数、胸腺指数及Con A诱导的脾细胞增殖能力的影响。结果:环磷酰胺皮下注射两次可使小鼠外周血白细胞数等一系列指标明显下降,证明免疫低下模型成功建立。采用三七皂苷Rg1治疗或预先采用三七皂苷Rg1注射均可明显增强小鼠的免疫能力,对环磷酰胺有一定的拮抗作用。结论:本研究结果将为三七皂苷Rg1临床应用提供一定的实验依据。 Objective: In order to study the notoginsenoside- Rg1 effect on immune function and mechanism of action further, Kunming mice were chose. Method. Mice were injected hypodermic with Cyclophosphamide to make immunodeficiency models. On this basis, notoginsenoside - Rg1 was used to treat and its total amount of mice periphery blood leucocyte, lymphocyte percentage, spleen index, thymus index and spleen cell proliferation test were investigated. Result: The results indicate that Cyclophosphamide hypodermic injection can decrease mice periphery blood leucocyte. And notoginsenoside - Rg1 can strengthen mice immune function. Conclusion. This result will offer certain experiment basis for notoginsenoside -Rg1 in clinical practice.
