摘要
目的探讨理肺汤对过敏性支气管哮喘大鼠肺组织形态学和血清IgE的作用。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、理肺汤组、西药(地塞米松)组。采用卵蛋白致敏复制大鼠支气管哮喘模型,各组均给予相应药物灌胃,连续14天。观察大鼠肺组织形态学和血清IgE的变化。结果与空白对照组比较,模型对照组肺组织炎性细胞浸润等病理表现明显,治疗后理肺汤组、西药组肺组织病理形态学得到明显改善。与空白对照组相比,模型对照组BALF涂片嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数显著升高(P<0.01),与模型对照组相比,理肺汤和西药组可显著减少EOS数量(P<0.01)。与空白对照组相比,模型对照组血清IgE水平显著升高(P<0.01),与模型对照组相比,理肺汤和西药组可显著降低血清IgE水平(P<0.01)。结论理肺汤对支气管哮喘大鼠在降低气道高反应性和血清IgE水平、减轻气道炎症以及缓解气道重构等方面有积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of recuperating lung decoction on lung tissue morphology and serum IgE of al- lergic bronchial asthma rats. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, recuperating lung decoction group, western medicine (dexamethasone) group. The rats model of asthma was established by egg protein, each groups were lavage corresponding drugs for 14 days. Observe the changes of lung tissue morphology and serum IgE in rats. Results Compared with the blank control group, inflammatory cell infiltration and other pathological manifestationsin the model group were more obviously, the pathomorphology of lung tissue in the treatment group and Western medicine group were significantly improved after treatment. Compared with the blank control group, the BALF smear (EOS) count in the model group was significantly in- creased (P 〈 0.01 ) , compared with the model group, recuperating lung decoction and dexamethasone can significantly reduce the number of EOS (P 〈0.01 ). compared with the blank control group, the serum IgE level in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ) , Compared with the model group, lung soup and dexamethasone can significantly reduce the level of serum IgE (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Recuperating lung decoction has a positive effect on reducing airway hy- perresponsiveness and serum IgE level, alleviating airway inflammation and airway remodeling in rats with bronchial asthma.
