摘要
利用离子注入选育高产壮观链霉菌。壮观链霉菌 10 4 3为一壮观霉素生产菌种 ,通过实验建立了离子注入选育壮观链霉菌。其效价较出发菌株提高了 10 2 .3%。
Streptomyces spectabilis 1043 which produces spectinomycin is implanted by N + ion beam. The system of ion beam implantation had been established and the biological effects were primarily studied. Weve got a highyield strain which has an output 2.02 times of original strain.
